Terms of Service

1. Acceptance and operator

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Flow - Evolution Pro, the internal platform available at flow.evolss.com (“Flow”), operated by TANGO PROPIEDADES S.A.S., CUIT 33-71601713-9, with its registered address at San Martín 439, 10th floor, Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires, Argentina (“Tango Propiedades”, “we”). By signing in to Flow you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use Flow.

2. What Flow is

Flow is the Tango Propiedades team’s work tool for managing properties, clients, transactions, tasks and conversations. Access is by invitation only, for employees, real estate agents and the external collaborators we authorize. Flow is not offered to the public.

3. Accounts and credentials

• Your account is personal and non-transferable. Do not share your password or your session.
• You are responsible for the activity carried out with your account. Tell us right away at info@tangopropiedades.com if you think it has been compromised.
• Signing in with Google is optional and works only with the email address linked to your Flow account.

4. Acceptable use

• Use Flow only for your work with Tango Propiedades.
• Keep customer and prospect information confidential, and handle it according to the law, including Law No. 25,326.
• Do not extract or export data in bulk for purposes other than your work.
• Do not try to access data or functions beyond the permissions you were given.
• Do not interfere with Flow’s security or operation.

5. Third-party services

Some features connect with third-party services, such as Google (sign-in, Calendar and Gmail) and Meta (WhatsApp Business). Their own terms also apply to that use. You can disconnect Google services from your Profile in Flow at any time. We are not responsible for the availability of third-party services.

6. Ownership of information

The information recorded in Flow about customers, properties and transactions belongs to Tango Propiedades. Your personal data is processed as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Availability

Flow is provided “as is”. We work to keep it available and working correctly, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change, add or remove features.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Tango Propiedades is not liable for indirect damages or lost profits arising from the use of, or the inability to use, Flow or the third-party services connected to it.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or deactivate an account at any time, in particular when your working or collaboration relationship with Tango Propiedades ends or when these terms are breached. When that relationship ends, you must stop using Flow.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. We will publish the current version on this page with its revision date; continuing to use Flow after a change means you accept it.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute will be submitted to the ordinary courts of the Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires.
